Now, see, this is why I don't like Valentine's Day (among the many other holidays that I strongly dislike). It makes perfectly wonderful, loving, caring men turn to Despair as their new lover... I tell you, it should be the love you have and are giving that you should be celebrating, not the lack of a physical lover that you are commiserating. That's why I still made valentines cards. I gave one to my mother, my grandmas, my girlfriend, my other best friend, and.. well.. the last one I'm sending out (yes, I know it's way late now, but I keep forgetting to send it) is a secret. But don't worry, it won't be a secret for long =P!

I meant this to be a celebration what I've got and my way of sending the love I have... the physical lover is missed, but the intimacy of romance is missed way more... every moment I am not sharing being in love is a moment I miss it... and it is every day that I lament not having a true friend to share dinners and dreams and walks and the stuff of Valentine's Day, for the romantic in me loves to be in love... on V-Day I just let that lament come to the surface and write the lament out into words...
