how to say thanks ah, it is good to play again... waking from the dream I feel a little like Dorothy as I look around and feel as though you were there, and you, and you, and you too... oh, Toto... there are a few primary inspirations for the last few trips through my mind and I'd like to say thank you to each one in person, but you are miles and miles away... the good news is I will see one of you in about a month when I give you away at your wedding... and to other, well, you know where I am... old loves, new muses, wonderful inspirations found in my memories, my emails, your diaries, and my fantasies... I hope you've enjoyed them as much as I enjoyed them (without a glance at quality or precision, if an iota of the feeling has come through in the words, then it is a wonderful moment, a wonderful day, and for all the corn in Kansas (and Toronto and Texas and Minnesota and New York and Seattle and other places we'll leave, for now, as whereabouts unknown), it's a wonderful life...
